1. Membership

Membership in Club 52is free and personal to you. You must provide accurate information (including your legal name) and be of legal age to enter the club and participate in its games under applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the club's programs.

2. Points & rewards

Points are promotional. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted, expired, or revoked if granted in error or earned through misuse. Earning rules and reward offerings may change as programs evolve; the app always shows the current rules.

3. Express Entry & identity verification

Entry to the club requires age and identity verification. On your first visit we scan your government-issued photo ID using our ID verification system (VeriScan). If you activate Express Entry, you consent to us storing your date of birth and matching your name and date of birth against our ID-verification and customer records to confirm your identity on later visits — so you can sign in with your member QR pass instead of presenting physical ID each time. Staff may still request photo ID at any time. Your member QR pass is personal to you; do not share it.

4. Communications

If you opt in, we'll send you members-only offers and club updates by the channels you chose. You can change your preferences or opt out anytime; service messages about your account may still be sent.

5. Privacy

We store your information securely, use it to operate the club and its programs, and do not sell it. Identity data (such as date of birth) is used for verification and legal compliance only.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the club grows. Material changes will be versioned and, where required, we'll ask you to accept again. Continued use of the app and club programs means you accept the current terms.
